Events

 

​​​Our sessions*, which include guided bhāvanā (mindfulness meditation) and a gentle, open discussion, are held on the first and third Saturday of each month. They are designed to be welcoming, supportive, and accessible to everyone, including those who are completely new to meditation or Buddhist practice. No prior experience or knowledge is needed—just a willingness to listen, reflect, and take part at your own pace.

*Please note that our sessions are solely free of charge out of loving-kindness and compassion!

NB: We may occasionally take photos or videos during sessions for use on our website or social media. Your comfort matters to us—if you would prefer not to be photographed or filmed, simply let us know and we will be happy to accommodate you.
