Our sessions*, which include guided bhāvanā (mindfulness meditation) and a gentle, open discussion, are held on the first and third Saturday of each month. They are designed to be welcoming, supportive, and accessible to everyone, including those who are completely new to meditation or Buddhist practice. No prior experience or knowledge is needed—just a willingness to listen, reflect, and take part at your own pace.
