Daily Routine

Daily Routine

Beginning at the break of dawn, the place becomes a space for meditation, study, and the gentle rhythm of mindful living - that shows us the daily routine of a Buddhist monk. The day opens with silent practice, followed by periods of reflection, study, and simple service grounded in the core teachings of compassion, loving-kindness, equanimity, and sympathetic joy. As evening falls, the Buddhist monk gathers once more for meditation and gentle chanting, closing the day with gratitude and calm presence.
