‘Seeking the Truth in an Ignorant World’ - A Talk and Insight Meditation (open to all)

Join us for the second session of our Rains Retreat (Vassa), featuring a guided insight meditation, a Dhamma talk, and an open discussion.

In a world clouded by distraction and misinformation, how do we stay true to the Dhamma? This talk explores the Buddha’s teachings on ignorance (avijjā) and the inner journey toward truth. Rather than judging the world, we will reflect on how mindfulness meditation can help us to see through the lens of clarity.
