Rains Retreat (Vassa) Invitation Ceremony with Mindfulness 2024

As per Theravāda tradition, Buddhist Saṅgha disciples would observe the rains retreat when the environment is entering the rains; whilst spreading compassion and loving kindness towards the whole nature, this time is particularly dedicated for learning and practicing the Dhamma - to attain the supreme bliss of peace and freedom, aka Nibbāna.
