A luminous celebration of Poson full moon poya day with mindfulness

We would be delighted to invite you to celebrate the Poson festival with mindfulness, whilst remarking the cradle of Theravada Buddhism in Sri Lanka. All details can be found in the flyer attached. 

More importantly, Prof Kate Crosby (Balliol College, University of Oxford), who is one of the well-known scholars in Theravada Buddhism across the world, will be joining us to share her own experience in Buddhism and mindfulness meditation; it is, no doubt, worth attending for anyone interested in learning Buddhism. I would, therefore, thoroughly encourage you to come along with your children to this event and to spread the word among your friends out of compassion.
